KidzLog Beta Launch is Live!

Today, June 28th, 2024, I am pleased to announce the beta launch of KidzLog, an online service that allows childcare providers and educators to easily record and share information about the children in their care with their parents.

KidzLog aims to provide a full suite of tools to help you manage various aspects of your childcare business. From tracking attendance to handling billing and payments, the goal is to meet the needs of childcare providers, whether you run a home-based daycare or a larger childcare center.

Our Phased Development Approach

In order to achieve these goals, we are approaching the development of KidzLog in phases. The first phase is the launch of the beta version of the service. During the beta phase, here is what you can expect:

Beta Features Available Now

Unlimited Access: You'll have unlimited access to all features of the platform during the beta period. This means you can add as many children, parents, and team members as you like, and use all the features of the platform without any restrictions.

Center Management: You can create and manage multiple centers, each with its own set of children, parents, and team members. This is useful if you run multiple childcare centers or if you have different programs within the same center.

Child Profiles: You can create comprehensive profiles for each child in your care, including their personal information, emergency contacts, allergies, and other important details.

Add Parents: You can add parents to the platform and link them to their children, creating seamless family connections.

Team Members: You can add team members to the platform and assign them to specific centers, enabling collaborative childcare management.

Center Announcements: You can post announcements for each center, which will notify all parents and team members, as well as be visible on the platform. This is a great way to communicate important information to everyone involved in the childcare center.
